Arkansas County uses one countywide detention roster and two Sheriff's district offices. Posted office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; each district telephone is marked as a 24-hour line. Emergency calls belong with 911. Online contact and tip forms are not watched continuously, and sensitive details should not be sent through ordinary email.

Choose the office by record type. The home page covers current inmates, the 48-hour release view, booking photographs, and older-record requests. Municipal incident or arrest reports begin with Stuttgart, DeWitt, or Gillett Police. The detention center holds a photograph made during jail intake.

  • For a present or very recent county detention record, use the Sheriff's current roster or 48-hour release view, then call detention staff if the live entry needs confirmation.
  • For a warrant question, call a Sheriff's district line or the issuing clerk. The wanted page is not a full warrant database.
  • For a filed case or final result, use Search ARCourts and the correct district or circuit clerk.
  • For a state-sentenced offender and profile photo, use the Arkansas Department of Corrections offender search.
  • For federal prison custody, use the BOP locator. For immigration detention, use the ICE locator. Neither locator displays booking photographs.

Arkansas County has no posted booking-photo fee schedule or standard local request form. A precise Arkansas FOIA request may be sent to the jail contact or Sheriff's office, which can identify the proper custodian. Ask for an itemized estimate before costs are incurred.
